We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent combined education and experience, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience. This role requires maintaining DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification throughout the contract period and holding an active DoD Secret Clearance.

• Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment.
• Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local hardware, software, and networks.
• Document and report all events/issues to the CWO and receive tasking and direction from the CCC for all operations, test, and real-world events.
• Assist in all hardware/software installations as directed by local SMEs.
• Create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO.

• Sound experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.
• Experience in system and/or network administration including UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco, and Juniper.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience and knowledge of System or Missile Defense Systems is preferred.
• TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
• Must hold a Security+ CE certification or equivalent and an active clearance to start.

This position requires rotating 24x7 shift work. Candidates will be assigned to a shift and assignment (Operations or Training) based on mission requirements. Some substitute rotation during off-shifts, including nights and weekends, will be required. The role is full-time and located at an Air Force Base.

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Colorado Springs, CO.
