Role Overview
We are searching for experienced Field Service Technicians to support Peterson Space Force Base. Individuals selected for this role will support enlisted personnel in providing end-user support and provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
What You Will DoDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Set-up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Respond to tickets and requests for technical assistance in a timely manner.
Why It Might Be a FitThis role is responsible for aiding in asset management of on-site devices. Experience with Service Now is a plus.
Requirements- Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices
- Security Clearance is required; interim level is acceptable
- IT education preferred
