Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to provide pre- and post-sales technical support for channel partners, direct sales and wholesale clients. You will act as a technical liaison, architecting solutions across voice, network access, managed Wifi, Security as a Service, SD-WAN and related services.
You will manage RFP responses, coordinate with Sales, Service Delivery and Network Operations, present designs, train the Sales Team and ensure orders are accurate in the CRM.
