Role Overview
We are searching for experienced Field Service Technicians to support Peterson Space Force Base. Individuals selected for this role will support enlisted personnel in providing end-user support and provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
What You Will Do- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Set-up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Respond to tickets and requests for technical assistance in a timely manner.
This role requires a current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification, minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices, and security clearance.
Requirements- Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices
- Security Clearance is required; interim level is acceptable
- IT education preferred
- Experience with Service Now is a plus
