The C2

BMC Training Lead is responsible for leading the C2

BMC Training Team supporting both Regional and Global Training activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing the C2
  
  BMC National Team in the user community and interacting across the C2
  
  BMC program with the MDA customer to prioritize and schedule user training within contractual requirements.
• Creating and training end users in software application operations and missile defense C2 operations processes for C2
  
  BMC required for fielding the systems at Regional or Combatant Command in a multi‑contractor team environment.
• Defining and implementing training plans, materials, and Agile planning for the training team, capturing dependencies during iteration planning.
• Maintaining technical proficiency with C2
  
  BMC mission applications software to support demonstrations, exercises, RFAS, operational and test events.
• Acting as a subject matter expert test engineer for software releases, conducting testing, identifying discrepancies or issues, and participating in development team events.
• Conducting train‑the‑trainer programs and field training sessions.
• Serving as Control Account Manager to plan, track work‑package activity, staffing accuracy, and providing BOE and cost estimation support when required.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will utilize strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate collaboration across many organizations necessary to accomplish challenging missions.

• A TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Experience with the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2
  
  BMC) system and missile defense or similar programs.
• Experience in adult education, specializing in web technologies, e‑learning, and developing e‑learning training using computer‑based training (CBT) authoring tools for web‑based training and/or simulation for a large‑scale software‑intensive system.
• Practitioner experience in Agile development.
• Experience in adult learning, education, and/or training.
• CAM/EVMS experience.

• Experience developing training content for web‑based and/or computer‑based training that supports simulation for a large‑scale software‑intensive system.
• Proficiency with Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Security+ certification.
