Graystone Group is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to implement and support an ICAM platform for DoD environments. This is a highly customer-facing role, acting as the trusted technical resource onsite to install, configure, and optimize the solution while ensuring successful deployments and ongoing adoption.
You will spend most of your time onsite with government customers, onboarding users, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
