  • Teach and mentor analysts and collectors using adult learning principles through lectures, workshops, scenario-based exercises, small-group sessions, and distance learning formats.
  • Apply analytic standards and methodologies to improve multi-INT fusion supporting F3

EAD, targeting cycles, network analysis, and operational problem-solving.
  • Review emerging policy, doctrine, and tradecraft guidance for incorporation into unit-level training, standards, and analytic workflows.
  • Assist in strengthening analytic rigor and quality control across intelligence production, ensuring alignment with ICD 203 and SOCOM analytic expectations.
  • Collaborate with SOF analysts, collectors, planners, and operators to improve tradecraft application and multi-INT discipline integration.
  • Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and tradecraft reference materials using systems such as AGILE or Training Development Capability (TDC).
  • Maintain training records, methodologies, and tracking systems as designated by the Government.
  • Participate in operational planning teams, targeting boards, or intelligence forums to ensure discipline-specific expertise is applied to real-world SOF requirements.
  • Optional labor may support emerging requirements related to adversarial malign-influence activities impacting SOF intelligence operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • LEVEL 4 = 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

  • Familiarity with SOF intelligence processes, targeting frameworks, and operational intelligence support.
  • Experience producing or evaluating multi-INT analytical products supporting mission planning or targeting.
  • Strong briefing, communication, and interpersonal skills for diverse SOF audiences.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience supporting SOCOM, JSOC, or Service SOF components.
  • Experience with advanced analytic frameworks such as F3
