The Role:
Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an Operations Technical Training Platforms Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration. The Operations Technical Training Platforms Co-Op will support learning technology administration, Learning Management System (LMS) implementation readiness, data governance, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Through collaboration with stakeholders across Operations, Quality, HR, IT, Environmental Health and Safety, and site training teams, this role will help improve data quality, support enterprise technology initiatives, develop reporting and dashboard solutions, and measure the business impact of training governance and standardization efforts across Entegris' global manufacturing network.
Support Learning Management System (LMS) technology implementation readiness activities by partnering with site training administrators to improve the quality, consistency, and governance of training data and processes. Support initiatives to standardize and document training-related business processes, governance practices, and system structures in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Track and report progress against LMS migration readiness goals, including data cleanup activities, remediation actions, and site readiness metrics.
Measure and quantify the business impact of governance and cleanup efforts, including reductions in duplicate records, obsolete content, unnecessary assignments, and other legacy system complexity. Perform basic LMS technology administrative activities and provide first-level support for learning technology users, including assisting with user troubleshooting and Service Now ticket resolution. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel and Power BI to communicate program progress, data quality improvements, and operational performance.
Document training governance standards, business processes, and administrative procedures to support consistency and future-state operations. Participate in cross-functional projects that improve learning technology operations, workforce capability processes, and enterprise training governance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to organize, analyze, and manage large amounts of information. Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, visualization, or process tracking. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes and communicate findings. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
Interest in business systems, data analytics, process improvement, digital transformation, learning technologies, or technology implementation projects. Ability to handle sensitive business information with professionalism and confidentiality.
