Wi-Fi Support Engineer – Wireless Operations

WiFi Knowledge - WiFi Controllers, WAGs, Cisco , Ruckus ( Preferred those certified on these , including CWNA )
Interview Process:
1 onsite interview - Technical - 60 minutes

• Proficient knowledge of wireless networking (OSI Model - will touch all 7 layers, TCP/IP, etc.).
• Proficient knowledge of related wireless industry specifications and standards: IEEE, ANSI, 802.11 variants (WiFi 5
  - 7), switching, Routing, Ethernet, and Transport technologies and protocols
• W-Fi Access Gateways / WAGs (Nokia, Juniper, Ruckus, Nexus, etc.)
• OSPF & BGP
• Carrier Experience
• Proficient knowledge in Linux - move, add, change, delete, modify
• Proficient knowledge in wireless network design, wireless network architecture, protocols, and wireless network topology.
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills
• Proficient knowledge of basic wireless network devices and basic wireless network appliances.
• Proficient knowledge of wireless network design software, such as Visio, and knowledge of MS Office.
• Needs strong social skills and soft skills. A true go-getter who wants to solve problems
