Cybersecurity Sustainment Specialist

Clearance/certification requirements will be aligned to the final PWS and designated cyber work role.

Sustain CSSP operations through disciplined policy maintenance, documentation control, subscriber communication, knowledge management, and recurring sustainment deliverables. The specialist keeps program information current and accessible while supporting alignment, authorities, workforce management, and annual USCYBERCOM maintenance and sustainment requirements.

• Conduct subscriber outreach and maintain effective communication channels for CSSP sustainment activities.
• Update policies, procedures, and program documentation supporting alignment, designations, authorities, and workforce management.
• Maintain compliance artifacts, program records, and controlled documentation in SharePoint or designated repositories.
• Support annual USCYBERCOM Maintenance & Sustainment deliverables and associated data calls.
• Track required updates, document reviews, approvals, and suspense dates to ensure sustainment actions are completed on time.
• Coordinate with technical and program stakeholders to keep guidance consistent with evolving mission requirements.
• Apply strong document-quality and knowledge-management practices to preserve traceability and continuity.

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, information management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in cyber policy, documentation, knowledge management, compliance support, or program sustainment.
• Strong technical writing, editing, records-management, and organizational skills.
• Working proficiency with SharePoint or comparable enterprise knowledge-management platforms.

• Experience supporting DoD cybersecurity policy or CSSP sustainment programs.
• Familiarity with recurring cyber compliance or USCYBERCOM sustainment deliverables.

Note:

The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $110K-$130K annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
