Helpdesk Tech Senior

Provides senior-level Tier I/II help desk and desktop support for enterprise IT systems and end users. Responsible for troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, workstations, laptops, peripherals, email, and network connectivity. Performs Microsoft Active Directory and help desk ticketing functions, maintains equipment accountability, and provides technical guidance to resolve complex user issues. Works independently under general guidance and supports enterprise IT operations in accordance with Army and DoD standards, policies, and procedures.

• Must have an active security clearance

• Computing Environment Certification Required
• Must meet applicable DoD 8140 cybersecurity workforce certification requirements
• Must comply with applicable DoD/Army cybersecurity, information assurance, and security requirements
