Colorado School of Mines is seeking an experienced Endpoint Support Engineer to manage Mines-owned devices, software deployments, and virtual desktop services. You will deliver Tier 3 support, orchestration across IT teams, and ensure secure, well-documented user experiences campus-wide.
You will deploy, patch, and configure endpoints using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Jamf Pro, develop automation with Power Shell, Bash, and Python, and partner with Cybersecurity for secure configurations.
