What You’ll Own Design & Execute Test Scripts – Craft end‑to‑end test cases that validate 1

LMX Production Ops solutions.

Scrum‑Team Partner – Review, refine, and prioritize test scenarios alongside the Scrum team; become the go‑to expert for Prod Ops testing questions.

Tool Mastery – Load, manage, and run test cases in our test‑execution platform with precision.

Defect Champion – Work hand‑in‑hand with IT counterparts to pinpoint, log, and drive defects to closure.

Progress Proxy – Track, report, and communicate test‑status against schedule milestones—keep the team on target!

Customer Advocate – Be the voice of the end‑user throughout product rollout, ensuring every release delivers real value.

Transformation Enabler – Support key operational‑change initiatives that propel the 1

Proven change management and leadership capabilities, with experience driving initiatives across organizational boundaries and leading virtual, cross-functional teams

Ability to travel a minimum of 20% to support 1
