About Boodle BoxBoodle Box is a VC-backed GenAI platform built for higher education. With 100,000+ users across 1,200+ colleges and universities, we partner with faculty, staff, and students to make responsible AI adoption practical, impactful, and lasting. Our platform brings together leading AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, under one roof, purpose-built for the unique demands of academic environments. We’re guided by three core values: service, education, and collaboration.
The RoleYou are the first person a new partner really works with. The contract is signed, the excitement is high, and then comes the part nobody posts about on Linked In: the SSO configuration, the roster sync, the dean who needs a different training time, the timeline that has to survive a semester start. That’s your part. You make it feel easy, and it is not easy.
You think in checklists and timelines, but you’re not a ticket-closer. You know that an onboarding is really a set of humans deciding whether this is going to be worth it, and that the difference between a school that logs in and a school that adopts is usually something that happened in the first thirty days.
You're technical enough to be dangerous. You're comfortable in an admin panel. SSO, LMS integrations, rostering, provisioning — you either know this or you’re the kind of person who will know it in three weeks because you refuse to hand a problem back to someone else.
You’ll also carry your own book of business: our smaller partners, the ones who don't need a weekly call but absolutely deserve to be seen. For them, you’re not just the person who set things up. You’re their person. And because you can’t be on every call with every one of them, you’ll build the digital motion that scales you — the lifecycle communications, the in-platform nudges, the onboarding sequences, the resources that do the work when you’re not in the room.
You use AI every day in your own work. Not because it was mandated. Because you can’t believe you ever worked without it. You’re the person on the team building bots, skills, workflows, and sites on the side because you got curious about whether you could.
This role is fully remote, with a company hub in Colorado Springs, CO.
What You’ll Own- Every onboarding. When a school signs, you take the handoff from sales and run it: kickoff, implementation plan, timelines, milestones, exit criteria, handoff to CS. No school starts twice because someone didn’t read the notes.
- Technical setup. SSO, LMS integrations, rostering, provisioning, workspace configuration. You get partners live, and you get them live on time.
- The implementation plan. Not a template you send. A real plan for what this institution is trying to accomplish, who’s responsible, and what has to be true by week two, week six, and end of term.
- A book of business. Our partners under 200 seats — the ones without an implementation package or a stated plan to expand. They’re yours from kickoff onward: engagement, health, renewal, and the excitement when they want to expand after all.
- The digital motion. Onboarding sequences, updates, and touchpoints with accounts to keep them informed, engaged and growing. The system that keeps a hundred accounts warm without a hundred calls.
- The process itself. What good implementation actually looks like here is always evolving. You’ll iterate on the playbooks, the checklists, the exit criteria, the templates that mean the next onboarding is better than the last one.
- The details. The recap emails, the follow-ups, the calendar that doesn’t slip during the…
