• Prepare and approve renewals for accounts with a focus on long-term profitability and retention
• Evaluate risk profiles of accounts and assess eligibility for renewal based on underwriting guidelines
• Communicate with agents to ensure all renewal information is requested and received
• Review and approve endorsements and reinstatements within specified requirements
• Collaborate with underwriters and territory management to understand risk appetite and resources

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
• One year of insurance industry experience or related experience
• General knowledge of insurance terminology
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of the insurance industry experience requirement
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards
