Direct Hire | Up to $165K Base + Bonus | Hybrid | Lower Billables | Growth Opportunity

Our client, a well‑respected Colorado law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Colorado Springs office. This is a direct‑hire opportunity offering hybrid flexibility, reduced billable hour requirements, and a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle civil litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution.
  • Draft and respond to motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
  • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and related proceedings.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure high‑quality client service.
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
  • 1-4+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
  • Experience with motions drafting and court appearances strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • A motivated, team‑oriented mindset with a desire to grow within the firm.

Base salary is $100,000 - $165,000 DOE
