Supply Chain Coordinator

Description

• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on orders, deliveries, and shipping schedules, as well as resolving any issues or discrepancies, including return material authorizations (RMAs)
• Support purchase planning by liaising with project managers and engineers, assisting with the development of cost rough order of magnitude (ROMs) and submitting work orders
• Collaborate with internal buyers to obtain quotes from vendors
• Collaborate with various internal teams (procurement, contracts, finance, etc.) and external stakeholders (suppliers/vendors, etc.)
• Maintain active lines of communication with suppliers/vendors regarding order issues, including order configurations and resolving technical issues
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws governing supply chain activities
• Analyze supply chain data, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing reports for management
• Identify and resolve issues within the supply chain, such as delays, shortages, or quality problems
• Communicate with various stakeholders
• Demonstrate organizational skills managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Utilize problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve issues within the supply chain
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Education/Training: High School diploma required
• Associate's Degree in technical/scientific discipline preferred
• 7+ years of general (full‑time) work experience required
• 5+ years of directly related experience required
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Procurement required
• Experience with government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) preferred
• Experience with supply chain software and familiarity with relevant procurement tools preferred

• Must be a US citizen
• Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance

• Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms
• Frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements while using a computer or measuring tools
• Have the dexterity to see fine print and use hand and precision measuring tools
• Adhering to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel‑toed shoes, etc.)
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

$34.62/hr – $40.87/hr salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
