Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers;
Process orders by phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, coordinate delivery routes;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained; complete vehicle inspections; daily mileages entered into fleet devices;
Assist on front counter and retail counter; backroom duties including auto-loads, returns, stock;
Assist with customer labor claims and ensure timely processing; audit returns for warranty
