Integrated Product Support (ILS) Analyst – T3
CACI is seeking an experienced Integrated Product Support (IPS) Analyst to provide comprehensive logistics and sustainment support across the DSLM program under the Satellite Control Network (SCN). The selected candidate will support lifecycle sustainment activities, logistics engineering analysis, provisioning, supply support, maintenance planning, and configuration management efforts across multiple system elements and projects.
The IPS Analyst will provide product and logistics support across multiple projects and system elements within the DSLM program, working alongside cross-functional teams to support lifecycle sustainment requirements and logistics activities. The position reports to the Integrated Product Support Manager (IPSM) for the IPS Modification Projects team and supports product support and sustainment initiatives across the program.
Responsibilities:The Integrated Product Support (IPS) Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support lifecycle logistics and sustainment activities for Satellite Control Network (SCN) modification projects from design through installation, fielding, sustainment, and project closeout.
- Perform Product Support Analysis (PSA), provisioning, sparing, maintenance planning, supportability, and logistics engineering activities to support program objectives.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Government customers, and external stakeholders to execute Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities.
- Support logistics planning for site installations, decommissioning, equipment fielding, and sustainment transition activities.
- Participate in program reviews, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), technical interchange meetings, and customer meetings.
- Develop and maintain Logistics Product Data (LPD), Logistics Management Information (LMI), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Bills of Material (BOMs), and provisioning documentation.
- Support cataloging, NSN assignment, provisioning, logistics modeling, and supportability data development.
- Review engineering drawings, technical documentation, and configuration data to ensure logistics support requirements are accurately captured.
- Support repair-cycle management, supply support, sparing analysis, warranty coordination, and sustainment planning.
- Coordinate material receipt, inventory, packaging, handling, storage, transportation, kitting, and shipment activities.
- Support installation, decommissioning, asset accountability, IUID identification, and Government property management activities.
- Support Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) analysis and tracking activities
- Track End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) notifications for hardware and software components
- Assist with configuration management and supportability analysis activities
- Support Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware/software refresh and sustainment planning efforts
- Support engineering changes, product refresh efforts, and configuration management activities throughout the system lifecycle.
- Develop logistics reports, technical documentation, and CDRL/ADRL deliverables in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable DoD, Air Force, Space Force, and company logistics policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support logistics readiness reviews, PAI/PSI activities, site assessments, and project closeout documentation.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical field with 5+ years of experience;
Or Master's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical field with 3+ years of experience; equivalent experience may be substituted - Experience supporting Integrated Product Support (IPS), Product Support, or Sustainment activities within Department of Defense (DoD) programs
- Familiarity with Logistics Product Data (LPD), provisioning, sparing analysis, maintenance planning, and supply support processes
- Experience supporting technical documentation, logistics databases, and configuration management activities
- Knowledge of DMSMS, lifecycle sustainment, and supply support concepts
- Ability to analyze technical data, engineering documentation, and logistics requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Experience supporting Satellite Control Network (SCN), Air Force, or Space Force programs
- Familiarity with GEIA-STD-0007, SAE TA-HB-0007, MIL-STD-1388, or related logistics standards
- Experience with logistics databases or ILS tools such as PowerLOG-J, SLICwave, Eagle, or similar systems
- Experience supporting provisioning conferences, logistics reviews, or sustainment planning activities
