- Develop and execute inventory strategies across IDT’s global operations
- Lead global materials planning strategy
- Own inventory policy, stocking strategies, planning parameters, and governance for approximately $56M+ in inventory across eight key sites
- Drive working capital improvement and mitigate excess and obsolete inventory risk
- Improve On-Time Delivery performance through material supply, planning accuracy, and inventory policies
- Lead, coach, and develop materials planning professionals
- Serve as business lead for inventory and planning programs, including IMAG, PFEP, AI-enabled planning capabilities, and technology improvements
- Partner with manufacturing, operations, commercial, finance, procurement, and supply chain teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ multiple years of progressive experience in materials planning, supply planning, inventory management, supply chain, or operations
- Management experience leading materials planning, supply chain, operations, or related functional teams
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- MBA and/or CPIM certification preferred, but not required
- Experience implementing AI-enabled planning capabilities, advanced analytics, or planning technology improvements preferred
Demonstrates expertise in inventory management and materials planning, with a strong focus on developing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve On-Time Delivery performance. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while implementing advanced analytics and AI-enabled planning capabilities.
