Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician I
PRIMARY PURPOSE The Glen Eyrie Maintenance Technician I shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose:  To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.  
** Additional Responsibilities – 5%
** Other job-related duties as assigned. Ability to maintain focus in a stressful/noisy environment

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience:

** ne to two years of experience in maintenance and/or construction required.
** Technical Knowledge &

Skills:

** Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HVAC, engine and mechanical repairs. Appliance repair.

Good interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required.
** Compensation Range:** $16.00 - $21.00 an hour
