The Facilities Technician Instructor is responsible for maintaining safe, secure, and clean facilities in compliance with established standards and requirements.
This position will also ensure preventative and on-going maintenance, cleaning and janitorial of SRM buildings and properties. It facilitates the facilities technician vocational training program to offer optimal vocational training utilizing a “hands on training” approach to the students.
