General Custodial-, Quality Control Inspectors and Floor Techs

LR Associates, LLC is a Veteran owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission.

We are seeking Full Time Custodial Workers, Supervisors, Quality Control Inspectors and Floor Techs.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have experience in janitorial work, floor tech experience or janitorial supervisory experience.

• Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, pull trash etc.)
• Clean Locker Rooms and Showers
• Strip Wax Floors (Buffer Experience)
• Supervise custodial teams or conduct Quality Control Inspections on premises.
• Carry out all assigned cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies
• Stock, maintain and resupply Restrooms
• Must follow all health and safety regulations requirements

• Must pass Federal Government background check (mandatory for access to USAFA facilities)
• Ability to work flexibile schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and move equipment for extended periods.
• Must be a dependable team player who can take direction and adapt quickly.
• Prior experience in facilities or custodial support preferred but not required.
