Tub & Property Maintenance Technician

nestago is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Hot Tub & Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain our growing portfolio of short-term and mid-term rental properties throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding mountain communities.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and can manage a variety of outdoor property maintenance responsibilities.

The primary focus of this position is maintaining approximately 15 hot tubs
, ensuring they are clean, properly balanced, functioning, and ready for guest use. Additional responsibilities include lawn care during the warmer months, snow removal during the winter, and occasional light handyman tasks.

You'll work closely with our Property Care team and coordinate with an existing part-time lawn care employee to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready year-round.

• $25 per hour

• Additional mileage stipend for use of personal vehicle.

• Approximately 30–40 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling, with weekday and weekend availability required.

• Year-round position with responsibilities that shift seasonally between hot tub maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal.
