, a leader in professional janitorial services, is seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with floor care experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality results and maintaining clean, safe, and professional facilities.

• Extract and bonnet carpets
• Scrub, strip, seal, wax, and buff hard-surface floors
• Clean and maintain grout and other floor surfaces
• Operate floor care equipment, including:
  • Scrubbers
  • Power washers
  • Ride-on scrubbers
• Perform routine floor maintenance and periodic deep-cleaning services
• Assist with general custodial duties as needed, including:
  • Restroom cleaning and sanitizing
  • Trash removal
  • Dusting and window cleaning
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Replenishing supplies and supporting special projects

• 6 months to 1 year of floor care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR review
• Flexible schedule and availability to work various shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
