Parts & Concrete Supply Manager – Colorado Springs

We are seeking a detail oriented, high level customer service driven Parts & Concrete Supply Manager to join our Colorado Springs location. $70,000-$85,000 salary depending on experience, plus bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Parts, Concrete Supply, and Warehouse Departments and manage a team of employees.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and proactively enhance the overall customer experience within the branch.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, effective communication and actively seek customer feedback to identify opportunities for improved service.
  • Contact existing and potential customers for the purpose of marketing parts & concrete supplies.
  • Drive employee development of parts, supplies, and warehouse teams through coaching and feedback, while ensuring employees have the tools and resources needed to meet company standards and achieve branch and company objectives.
  • Purchase all parts & supplies not in stock and review/approve all stock orders and inventory invoices for payment.
  • Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, weekly inventory counts and reconciliation, controlling inactive and obsolete inventory, filing parts & supply claims with vendors, and ensuring all parts/supply orders are binned promptly and accurately.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure accuracy of branch inventory and compliance with operational standards.
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Consistently meet or exceed department revenue and profitability goals.
  • Enforce all branch, division, and company policies and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and required safety PPE.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Positive outlook and excellent communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excel in a high volume fast paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Good computer and systems knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with construction equipment or concrete supplies preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 20-50 pounds and/or continuously lift, carry, push or pull 10-20 pounds.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes & loud noise.
  • Operate construction equipment and forklifts.
  • Operate a variety of automated office machines including computer, printer, facsimile machine, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc. on a repetitive basis.
  • Stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects; occasionally sit, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and lift.
