This is a full-time, on-site position for a Service Manager, based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Service Manager oversees daily operations of the repair facility, communicates effectively with customers to understand their automotive needs, provides accurate service estimates, and ensures timely service delivery. Additional responsibilities include managing workflow, supervising technicians, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in automotive repair processes, transmission services, and diagnostic evaluations
• Leadership capabilities, including staff management and workflow coordination
• Organizational skills for managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and overseeing operations efficiently
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges
• Knowledge of automotive components and basic service procedures
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with Mitchell1 Manager
• Previous experience as a Service Manager or in a related field is preferred
• A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check
