You will own the full performance of your district – people, sales, safety, fleet, and execution – with the autonomy to make decisions and the accountability to deliver results.
This role is field‑driven and hands‑on; you will coach, problem‑solve, and set the standard for a culture of excellence that shapes frontline engagement and elevates the customer experience. Your leadership directly impacts both your team and those we serve. Thisrole includes:
- Leading & Developing People
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop the district team
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
- Conduct regular ride‑alongs, 1:1s, and performance reviews
- Build a strong internal bench for future leadership roles
- Drive Sales & Growth
- Own district sales results for new, existing, and same‑store accounts
- Execute growth initiatives and new account launches
- Use data and reporting to identify trends and take action
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure execution of company standards and processes
- Oversee inventory management, fleet performance, and cost control
- Maintain safety, DOT/HOS compliance, and audit readiness
- Customer Leadership
- Serve as the escalation point for customer issues
- Build relationships with key accounts through reviews and meetings
- Represent the company professionally in the market
- Real Leadership Development:

This role gives you responsibility for both new business growth and existing account performance. You’ll lead Account Managers, partner with business development, and stay connected to key customers through business reviews and account meetings.
