Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado and serving the Pikes Peak Region, its mission is to inspire a passionate community to forge an enduring legacy now and for future generations. Accomplishment of our mission makes our vision of a thriving, resilient, sustainable Pikes Peak Region with a vibrant quality of life for all come to fruition.

With more than $92 million in assets under management, we are building for the future of the region. PPCF has just announced the planned retirement of our current CEO and is seeking its next CEO to take us into the next chapter and help us complete our ambitious strategic plan goals.

PPCF is a mighty team of 8 governed by a Board of Directors that includes 17 dedicated community advocates. The CEO of PPCF is a key civic leader in the region.

The CEO serves as PPCF’s principal executive leader, accountable for advancing long-term strategies, ensuring financial sustainability through comprehensive asset development initiatives, building community partnerships and overseeing operational stability.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with a strong commitment to community and a demonstrated track record of surpassing asset development goals through sophisticated giving strategies.
