During Skill Bridge participation, you continue to receive military compensation, and you are covered by your military benefits. • Must be currently serving, Active Duty, U.S. Armed Forces Service member
• Must be within one year of your End of Active Service transition date
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and participate in a fast-paced environment
• Effective task management skills
• High level of motivation
• Great attitude and desire to learn and grow

Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at Republic Services, you are responsible for the safety and well-being of the most important asset at our company – our employees. The Department of Defense (DOD) Skill Bridge program is for transitioning military members during their last 180 days of active duty. Military members who are selected for the program are not employed by Republic Services or compensated by the Company. The DOD will continue to maintain the military member’s current rate of pay and benefits while in the Skill Bridge program.
