Pay Range: $22-$27/hour (DOE);
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

• Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
• Inspect materials for damage or defects
• Cut, de-jacket, and strip cables
• Load connectors, apply labels, and heat shrink
• Assemble harnesses using a board and follow detailed instructions
• Sign off on completed work orders
• Package materials safely and maintain proper identification
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards
• Be punctual and adhere to work schedule

• Proficient with hand tools, measuring equipment, and stripping/crimping machines
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Familiarity with IPC 620 standards preferred
• Good vision and hearing required

• Assembly, blueprint reading, soldering, wiring, labeling
• Aerospace, aviation, or electronics experience a plus
• Mechanical assembly and schematic interpretation

• Work in a clean, organized, and tech-equipped manufacturing facility

This is a fully onsite position in Centennial, CO.
