Plus a $1/hour pay increase after just 4 months!

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday – Thursday ($19–$20/hour)
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Monday – Thursday ($21.50–$23/hour)

Enjoy a 3‑day weekend every week while working full‑time hours!

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency
• Run traditional fabrication and automated manufacturing equipment
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines
• Use specialized tools for wafer and panel processing
• Perform basic maintenance and first‑level troubleshooting
• Follow cleanroom and safety procedures to maintain a high‑quality environment

• At least 1 year of recent machine operating or assembly experience
• Cleanroom experience is a plus
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 12‑hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
