As an Operator, you'll support our manufacturing operations by:

• Operating Fab and Test equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Processing production and engineering lots according to established procedures
• Monitoring equipment performance and reporting issues to ensure smooth operations
• Accurately moving and tracking Work-in-Process (WIP) throughout the manufacturing process
• Recording and maintaining production data in compliance with Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirements
• Following cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
• Handling materials and chemicals in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines
• Collaborating with Process and Maintenance Engineering teams to maintain product quality and operational efficiency

Innova Flex is a nontraditional-semiconductor designer and manufacturer that has capabilities to create a variety of electronics on both glass and flexible substrates. We are the largest amorphous silicon semiconductor manufacturer outside of Asia and have a variety of other products including sensors, antennas, wearables, backplanes and more for some of today’s most innovative solutions in the military, medical, industrial, and security imaging businesses.

• Operate Fab and Test equipment according to documented procedures
• Process production and engineering lots to meet shift output targets
• Move and track WIP through defined production stages
• Maintain required tool certifications

• Record and monitor production data to SPC standards
• Verify tool qualifications and document performance results

• Follow all cleanroom gowning procedures and PPE requirements
• Work safely around hazardous chemicals
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and promptly report hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries.

• Collaborate with Process and Maintenance Engineers to address equipment or process concerns
• Execute approved process changes as directed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 0 – 1 year of related experience preferred.

• 1 - 2 area certifications (Basic) training preferred.
