You’ll be responsible for operating and setting up machinery, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting routine equipment issues. This is a good opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who wants to grow their skills and work with more complex equipment.
- 12-hour shifts with a rotating 3-day/4-day schedule

- Follow setup procedures and documentation
- Help identify opportunities to improve machine setup and production processes
- Perform in-process quality checks
- Inspect products using gauges, measuring devices, and inspection tools
- Identify defects or quality issues
- Verify products meet specifications
- Document quality issues and production information
- Identify routine machine and production problems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Make minor machine adjustments
- Document problems and solutions
