Partner Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to steward and expand relationships with mid‑major and major ministry partners at The Colson Center. The role is remote and reports directly to the Vice President of Development.

• Manage an existing portfolio of mid‑major and major ministry partners – cultivating, stewarding and soliciting on an annual basis.
• Research and identify potential new ministry partners.
• Engage existing ministry partners in identifying potential new partners for the organization.
• Organize donor and prospect gatherings; coordinate with communications and events teams; focus on small, private events.
• Enter all actions in donor database – Virtuous.
• Draft a monthly report communicating key functions.
• Attend all team and staff meetings.
• Travel as necessary to meet with and engage donors.
• Grow portfolio giving year after year.
• Work with the Vice President of Development to create an annual partner engagement plan.
• Track all donations to ensure we properly thank mid‑major and major ministry partners.
• Assist in securing sponsor ships for the Colson Center ministry events.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 7 years of professional fundraising experience.
• Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of new donor acquisition strategies and CRM tools (Virtuous experience preferred).
• Technology:
  Intermediate proficiency with project management tools (Asana) and Microsoft 365.
• Abilities:
  Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work independently as a self‑starter; capable of relating well to donors across all giving levels.

Location:

Remote (proximity to major metropolitan area preferred).

Reporting to:
Vice President of Development.

Travel: 15%.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000.
