Work with clients regarding client complaints & issues.;
Train new hires, volunteers and temporary staff on your delegated work shift or as assigned by Shelter Programs Manager.;
Ensure that staff are following TSA policies and procedures for the shelter.;
Schedule weekly work schedule and training for new hires, volunteers and temporary staff.;
Respond to inclement weather and coordinate shelter hours with Shelter Program Managers or administrator on call.
