We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, in-person role in La Junta, CO, with a Monday through Thursday schedule.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including physical exams, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with specialists.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and stay current with medical research and best practices.
- Graduate from an accredited program with active Colorado license and relevant certification.
- 2-4 years clinical experience, preferably in primary care or pain management.
- Strong communication, compassion, teamwork, and decision‑making skills.
