Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our La Junta, CO clinic, offering a Monday‑Thursday in‑person schedule.

• Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including physical exams, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with other providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and stay current with medical practices.

Qualifications include an accredited graduate program, active Colorado license, 2‑4 years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, collaborative approach.
