Start at 7:45 with a team huddle to connect and prep for the day. Coordinate schedules with students and teammates while reviewing your patient list. Patients arrive: some are new intakes with a student, others are medication follow‑ups initiated by a mental health technician. Each session is powered by AI‑assisted charting: you record, “push,” and move on. Most patient slots are 10 minutes every 30 minutes.

Complex or high‑risk patients take longer. You make rapid medical decisions, sometimes handling suicidal or violent patients—with support from the team. Throughout the day, you collaborate, mentor students, and contribute to a high‑performing team. You finish knowing you impacted dozens of patients while staying supported and resilient.

• Top Performer: $137,960 base ($70/hr) + $66,560 RVU incentive = $204,520/year
• RVU: $20 per patient over 16/day
• Expectation: 16 patients/day
• 1–1.5 hours daily administrative time
