Finally, a PMHNP Role That Fits Your Life
Make a real impact on patients' mental strength. Work with smart, accountable teammates—without drama. Four-day weeks mean three-day weekends to ski, camp, hit the lake, or just enjoy Colorado's mountains and fresh air.
Who We Are
Mentally STRONG isn't a slow-paced boutique practice. We're redefining psychiatric care by combining efficiency, clinical excellence, and real teamwork. Our PMHNPs are leaders, educators, and culture carriers—not just prescribers.
We value:
- Emotional regulation and self-leadership
- Clinical clarity and accountability
- Teaching that empowers patients
- Direct communication, growth, and integrity
Your Day as a PMHNP
Start at 7:45 with a team huddle to connect and prep for the day. Coordinate schedules with students and teammates while reviewing your patient list.
Patients arrive: some are new intakes with a student, others are medication follow-ups initiated by a mental health technician. Each session is powered by AI-assisted charting: you record, "push," and move on.
Most patient slots are 10 minutes every 30 minutes. Complex or high-risk patients take longer. You make rapid medical decisions, sometimes handling suicidal or violent patients—with support from the team.
Throughout the day, you collaborate, mentor students, and contribute to a high-performing team. You finish knowing you impacted dozens of patients while staying supported and resilient.
This is fast-paced and challenging—but deeply rewarding for PMHNPs who thrive on efficiency, teamwork, and tangible patient results.
