Apply for this role## About this role Hayat Care Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight across home care and adult day care services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop/update individualized care plans
- Supervise caregivers and CNAs; provide clinical guidance
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and community providers
- Review documentation, incidents, and compliance requirements
- Support admissions, discharges, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Colorado
- Experience in home health, geriatrics, or adult day care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills### Skills
