Clinical Supervisor - RN / Registered Nurse

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence who can ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care. • Field work
  • Admissions
  • Recertification and Supervisory Visits
  • Skilled Care – including visits and hourly care
    • Medication administration
    • Wound Care
    • IVIG Infusions
    • Any other skilled services as needed per physician’s order
• Administrative
  • Managing physicians’ orders
  • Care coordination
  • Caregiver pre‑employment and ongoing training
  • Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement activities
• Other duties as assigned

• Credentials
  • Current unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of CO
  • CPR‑BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association hands‑on)
  • TB test completed within the last 12 months
  • Driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience or related field (e.g., hospice, IVIG)
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with direct supervision, including training, disciplinary, and educational experience (preferred)
  • Problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with EMR database and general technical proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)

• The anticipated pay range for this position is $80,000–$85,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
• This position may also be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, or other incentive compensation where applicable.
