Full Time, Part Time or PRN available. Shift: Nights, Weekends, Rotating shifts available. This role is onsite only; no hybrid or remote option.

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Approximately 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience, or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.

• Provide top-scope practice in direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff and/or UCHealth personnel.
• Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
• Deliver direct care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a technically complex environment.
• Apply AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards in evidence-based ICU care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Educators to support individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
