Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Role
Provide specialized nursing care in a step-down/PCU setting, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Current RN license.
- Experience in progressive care or step‑down units preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Deliver high-quality patient care, ensure compliance with policies, and support patient recovery in a fast‑paced environment.
