Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice
Location: Santa Clara County, CA
Employer: Opportunity Healthcare
Pay: $136,000 to $150,000 per year
Shift Information: Days - 5 days
Start Date: ASAP
- Outpatient clinic Primary Care, serving an underserved patient population
- Monday – Friday 8‑hour shifts
- Patient load: approximately 16 – 20 patients per day
- Predominantly non‑English speaking patients, with interpreter present in the clinic
- Follow‑up and education, including use of Epic EMR
- Monthly call rotation (phone only)
- Collaborate with other NP’s and physicians
- Pay: $136,000–150,000 per year
- Incentives: Salary of 136k - 150k
