$38.76–$52.33 hourly.

• Provide competent direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Contribute to unit activities and support enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
• Support peers in the delivery of patient care services, assuming roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
• Process refill requests, prior authorizations, primary care screens, provide in‑basket coverage, administer medication, coordinate care, and conduct telephone triage.

• Strong assessment and communication skills; proactive and independent decision‑making.
• Good organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to meet changing assignment needs.
• Required:
  
  psychiatric experience; preferred: outpatient experience.
