Work Schedule:

Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days
Pay: $38.91 - $60.31 / hour, dependent on applicant's experience
This onsite role does not offer hybrid or remote options.

• Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or CPR card valid through sixty days of hire
• At least 6 months of dialysis nursing experience

• Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes
• Prioritize patient wellness, perspective, and evidence‑based practice
• Precept new staff and support continuous learning in a fast‑paced environment
• Contribute to safe and quality care at the point of service
• Deliver direct care on moderate‑to‑high acuity Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units
• Administer dialysis care, including patient assessment and equipment management
• Follow AMSN and CDN core curriculum and specialty certification standards
• Engage with Clinical Educators for individualized specialty training and competency validation
