Interim Health Care is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care to patients in Colorado Springs, CO. You’ll work with a team of physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver quality patient care under the supervision of an RN, take vitals and document progress.
