Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a flexible Float RN to provide clinical support across our program in Colorado. You will assist with admissions, perform patient visits, and cover RN Case Manager caseloads during PTO and other staffing needs.
You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality end-of-life care. Competitive hourly wage starting at $35.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits are provided.
