Duties
Help
Takes accurate vital signs (i.e. blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature) and other required measurements (i.e. height, weight, etc.).
Assists with providing emotional, physical comfort and safety needs of patients.
Prepares patients and rooms for examinations and diagnostic tests; assists/chaperones patient care providers during examinations, procedures, treatments and diagnostic tests.
Performs routine procedures in accordance with established standard operating procedures or physician's instructions, blood pressure screenings, ear irrigation, etc.
Records data on clinical records in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
